But, for the first time in years my e-mail inbox is completely empty. I have read, responded to, and filed
everything. This is monumental. I can't even remember the last time I managed to do this. And it isn't like I'm not busy. Things are actually lookup up in a lot of ways. I have enough little stuff coming in the door that I won't be starving for a while yet (this is my measure of success, BTW, not starving), I've come across what could arguably be labelled my dream job and am going for it in a big way. Sure I still have things to worry about, but that's life. Fact is I feel pretty damn good.
