Nope. Toronto is on a lake, not a river. No CN tower in the pic, either.

Yup. Calgary it is. At least I am 90% sure. I don't actually remember when I took the picture, but we didn't fly far enough south for it to be any American city. It can't be Winnipeg because the river is much to straight. Everything else along the flightpath would be either too small or not on such a substantial river. The only reason I'm not 100% sure is the islands in the river don't seem quite right to me. But I've only been to Calgary a handfull of times.
