Bloody hell my back is sore today .

There is some damned disease going around here that manifests itself as a sinus headache and a backache. Iv has had it for a few days now. The sinus headache I can deal with - I get those often enough anyway - but this backache is most annoying. I can't get comfortable no matter what I do. Grrr.

i have one word for you: ibuprofin. ibuprofin is your friend. i've been taking it ever since i injured my back about... ye gods- 13 years ago?! damn i'm getting old... hope you feel better soon!
