O.K.... I'm a few more episodes into "Fallout", and despite it still feeling like a every post-nuclear trope from 1960 to 1980 thrown a blender with a heavy emphasis on Harlan Ellison, I'm enjoying it while playing a side-game of "where have I seen this before?"
