It's happened

Not only have I gotten used to work, but I am starting to enjoy it. As I have always had a tendency to do I've started mutating the job around my skills. Today I was given a copy of Photoshop with the idea the I will be doing some actual design work for the bank. This has always been farmed out in the past because these isn't enough consistent work to merit hiring someone and it has never happened before that they've had a tech guy with design skills.

In other news I spoke with RiM today about the job they called me about. Turns out it was a crappy tech support job in Waterloo. Ick. I made them bottom line it before I agreed to the phone interview and the salary was so not worth it even at the very highest end of their scale.
