Dragons at Burrard and Georgia!

As I write this three dragons are dancing in front of the Royal Bank Tower at Burrard and Georgia. I'm watching them from the tower across the street where I work. Is this a sign of the "conspiracy"? Is the end of the world nigh? Oh, wait... it's just Chinese New Years.
