Copy of a Letter Sent to Yahoo

This post ( http://groups.yahoo.com/group/PurpleCrow/message/2844 ) from PurpleCrow, which is apparently a repost of a message in PurpleCrow2000, constitutes a threat under Canadian Criminal Code ( http://laws.justice.gc.ca/en/C-46/39219.html ). The offending passage is quoted below. The post was made by a Canadian citizen from a computer based in Canada and is clearly a violation of Paragraph 6, sections k and l of Yahoo's Terms of Service. Failure to remove the offending material per the Terms of Service may result in Yahoo Canada being drawn into a criminal investigation.
