This is designed for [one of the traders] to come in dressed in his finest costume. I think this year we will have a prize for the best dressed.

E-mail #2, (sent to everyone by the person who usually organizes the legitimate events):

Just a reminder, folks! I hope you've got your costumes ready for our fun day tomorrow because we've got lots of great prizes lined up -- scariest costume, best makeup, etc., etc., and, of course, overall best costume!!! I can hardly wait to see what everybody looks like! Will I recognize you???
