[Gothic BC] 49, going on dead: episode 19

In this episode: This first not-freezing not raining day since Christmas so I head out to explore the Arbutus Greenway, which turns out to be unfinished and covered in packed snow, so I try a different way down to Fraser River Park, which is icy, muddy, and not so great. I also talk about the collapse of courtesy evidenced in the "free salt" debacle.
