I am unreasonably pleased this is finally happening. Right turns onto Oak from 71st and right turns off Osler to 70th are blocked. The Completely Unnecessary Neighbourhood Traffic to the Suburbs can stay on the main roads. I'm excited to watch the chaos when I get home.
