On the encouragement from a friend I've decided to take a stab at a certain biennial competition "open to any Canadian artist who depicts a Canadian citizen or permanent resident in a portrait based on a real life encounter." I have no idea what I'm going to do yet, or, honestly, what I'm doing in general—but you can't win if you don't play. Since this is your "fault" krystlesilverfox maybe I should make you sit for a reference shoot :-P
