So I'm running on fumes today. I had next to no sleep last night. Why? Ever had a fuse blow while you were right in the middle of installing an operating system? Thankfully it wasn't a M$ product so I wasn't completely fucked, but I still had a hell of a time getting clean mount so I could get things running again. I really, really need to get a UPS. Grrr.

Oddly enough, what with the lack of sleep an all, I've had a surprisingly productive day. I've implemented most of the user requests for our intranet here at work. I could start rolling it out Monday, I think. Honestly I don't know how I managed to stay focused today. Usually when I am tired I end up going off on useless tangents, lose track of time, then suddenly realise when it is too late that I've accomplished nothing useful. I think today I avoided that by being exceedingly tired . I overcompensated for the usual lack of focus . Good thing, too. Now I'll have something positive to report in my status meeting tomorrow morning.

Geez, I'm bagged. I hope I don't fall asleep and drool on myself on the bus...
