I missed the boat

Pheh. I didn't quite make it onto the 7:00 ferry so I got stuck waiting for the 9:00 sailing. I had a little nap in the car. I've tried to take a few more pictures but it is night now and the vibration of the ferry makes long exposures impossible. I've got a couple that I *might* be able to rescue in Photoshop, but I kind of doubt it.

I'm debating whether or not to go to Sin City once I get home. It would be close to midnight before I got there and I would have to drive into town so I wouldn't have time to drink and subsequently sober up again. Oh, well. Another month passes me by, I hope Jim takes some good pictures.

Apparently it was impossible to get to because of the fireworks. 1/2 hr looking for parking, $30 cab rides from the west end, etc. It was still lots of fun but definitely not as disgustingly packed as usual! Which usually means NEXT month will be that much bigger.

My wardrobe varies. I have a favourite black and purple shirt I often wear, but not always. It's been a few *months* since I've made it out to Sin City though. *Sigh* maybe next month...

I got caught in some very unexpected traffic coming home from the ferry. It seems a fair number of people go to West Vancouver to watch from a distance. The Upper Levels came to a near complete halt. I ended up bailing off the freeway and taking side-streets home it was so bad. I totally wasn't expecting it.

me too. It's proving too rich for my blood. I borrowed an outfit from Uberbabe last month (my first time) so now I gotta figure out what to wear next.
