So here I am ranting about the evils of stocks and what happens? Because I have now been at my job for over a year I am now entitled to the company GRSP programme. Sitting beside me is an information package from Clarica detailing the mutual funds and other investments I can enroll in. Whether I like it or not I will be investing a few thousand a year. So now I have to sift though all this and decide what is the least of the evils I have to pick from.And yes, the highest moral ground would be to decline to participate. Well, sorry, I have debts to pay. Behold how the system feeds itself.
