Work stress + way to much second hand smoke on the weekend = already feeling a bit icky

Then:

Already feeling a bit icky + two cups of IBM coffee + windowless seminar room + recycled hotel air + uncomfortable chairs = feeling really ill and coming home early.

I didn't think I was going to make it to the lunch break and I prectically ran home because I was afraid of wretching on the sidewalk.
