Elaine is home with a nasty cold. My nausea from yesterday has identified itself: by back. It must have been those crappy chairs in the hotel that did me in. It's "better" today - rather than nausea from the pinched nerve I am simply in pain. There is a long history to my back problems and I'm well aware of what I have to do to (literally) straighten things out. What I get to do now is kick myself for letting myself get to this point. Simple exercises prevent this.
