Too Sick to Go Out

So here I sit geeking-out instead. gothicbc now has a spiffy S2 style that matches the main website. It's pretty slick, if I do say so myself, but it doesn't exactly make up for the fact that I booked tomorrow off so I could go out to Faith and the Muse tonight and now I here I sit at home.

Sucks being sick -- but having a day off is never a bad thing ;-) I ended up not going to the show tonight since Wynne is working... didn't really feel like leaving her out of the fun ;-)

I think it'll be the first Sanctuary in a while that I didn't take a single picture of Sarah. :) No wonder it felt so cold tonight....

I was just so wiped out from the day before in seattle. Mown over by a truck tired.

Tell me about it. I was up until 6 AM after RadioAktive on Friday, then up at 11:45 AM to rent a car for Graeme, then straight into preparations for Sin City which kept me busy until 6 AM again Saturday night, then up again at 11:45 AM to start picking up trucks and working all day on the show. I eventually was walking home after doing the last dropoff at 5 AM Sunday night.

Come Monday morning I was a wreck ... well worth it though. The Vancouver crowd did very well by me, calling F&TM back for two encores and eating up every song they played.

I'm still choked about booking the Monday off so I could properly enjoy Sunday just to wind up being sick. What a let-down. I'm glad Ryan got some pictures for me though. Hopefully he'll upload them relatively soon.
