I'm pretty sure it is right. The Russian spell-checker in Word likes it and a Google search on «Добро пожаловать в» brings up about a million web pages in the .ru domain that start with the exact phrase (apparently "Welcome to [X]" is as hackneyed a way of opening a website in Russian as it is in English). I want to be 100% sure it is right, though, since I'm planning on making something with this phrase on it and really don't want it to be a bad translation along the lines of "Good greet for you being at Vancouver".
well nimrod is checking it out for you with one of his friends...i know the first word is correct and the siberia is correct...i'm not sure about the other part...did you try the russian/english dictionaries???
