LOL! Two bus drivers on the 32 line, two mornings in a row, had to ask passengers which stops he DIDN'T need to make. He said he wasn't familiar with our particular express route. wtf?!!! don't they get briefed or something before stepping on their bus?

who knows! It was so lame. He stopped at a regular stop and everyone on the bus starting yelling "no no that's not one of our stops. You're express!" the driver apologized and asked someone if they knew what stops were ours until downtown, then he knew his way. We were like wtf? this happened yesterday with another guy!

I don't understand!!! aren't they supposed to inform themselves or do they usually rely on customers to give them direction? Fuck, if I did that at work I'd be fired so fucking fast.

Exactly. Backs up my feelings that bus drivers should not be unionised. There are baboons that could be trained to do better jobs than some drivers and prolly be more courteous at the same time as well.

In my experience it seems to almost be the opposite problem: the drivers most prone to screw-ups are the non-union part-time drivers.
