I now have my very own personal Blackberry Enterprise Server running against my mail server complete with MDS. Right now, just for the hell of it, I have an SSH session on the Blackberry doing a tail on one of the server logs. Yup. Rampant geekery, indeed.

Nope, "QuickStart Edition" - a partner promotion though a Lotus/IBM affilate. Still free, of course, but I have (for absolutely no useful reason) 10 CALS, a longer free support term, and a better upgrade path. Not that any of that matters. The Express edition would do me just fine.

I find it really amusing that Crackberry is now taking the crack-dealer approach to sales: the first hit is fee.
