Still going mental

I got up early to call Toronto again about the job. Voicemail again. I hate this part, the hanging and waiting. "Yea" or "Nay" just let me know! And of course it is making Ivana equally mental... She asks me if there is any word. I call to see if there is any word. I get voicemail. Rinse. Repeat.

But now, time to get going. I have a morning meeting with a "bird in the hand" as it were. I can get by on this kind of work, but it's nothing to support a family on. Too risky. I never know if there is work. I need a regular cheque...
