mbarrick | Four random nice things from today

Seems I have not one, but two, apple trees. Dinner with friends wherein I learned something very helpful. Getting checked out by a very attractive woman on a bicycle as I walked home from the grocery store. A little later on the walk home I hear a ripple of fireworks and as I am wondering why anyone would be setting off firecrackers now and wracking my brain for Asian holidays, my question is answered in a few seconds by two 11-year old girls wearing St. Anthony of Padua hoodies (a Catholic school a couple blocks away) running around the corner, giggling like mad, one says to the other "She was like an 80-year old lady!" and they both double over laughing. Perfect.
