I live on a mountain

I woke up to a significant dump of snow this morning. Down here at sea level it was just slushy "thick" rain, but up where home is now it was fluffy snow. I really like snow. It was fun waiting for the bus listening to the sound of the snow on my umbrella. I have, however, been influenced by Ivana's kids... all I could think while standing in the snow was:

The more it snows

The more it goes

On snowing

hee-hee... i recognised it right away. :}

yesterday i needed to run erradns but had no energy. it started snowing and i got all excited- wrapped up what i was working on, got dressed, and headed out- just in time for it to start snowing. grr!

oh well... it was still nice to walk in. :}

i'm so jealous- i love snow but the east coast has been rather soggy so far this winter. i live at a moderately high elevation- so we get some spectacular ice storms- but those aren't the best for going out in. :}
