I rode my bike to work today and it was considerably more difficult than I expected. I was, literally, plagued by dizzy spells and palpitations after my bout with original-recipe covid-19 three years ago. It took a good two years to get past that. I made the ride without any ill effects in that regard, but after not riding my bike for three years my legs were not up to the long climb. It took me twice as long as it used to and there were two stretches where I had to dismount and walk. That is deeply frustrating.
