Yeah, I'm a bit tired. I entered into my patended "I have too much to do so sleep comes last on the list; I'm too tired to do anything properly so I can't focus and everything takes longer" feedback loop.

In other news, because this happened again this morning, I routinely see people from HSBC at or near the bus-stop. Each and every time it happens to be someone who was involved with the debacle last September they have the same reaction. They look embarrassed, lower their head and look away. They know what happened was wrong. But, hey, who's laughing now? I love my job and I'm holding my head high. ZelleFallhammer no more .
