I feel like a disembodied head today. I'm taking the day off sick from work. Somewhere down there, a million miles away, somebody else's fingers are tryping this. Do I even have legs? You know you are sick when you don't have enough energy to sit at a desk all day. I go rest now. Ugh.

Hope its nothing too serious ... if its cold/flu/sore throat type of thing, I always blast my system with Vitamin C, Take doses of Echinacea Angustifolia (not the purplea that most herbal blends use), and chew on Licorice roots ... yeah, I'm a root doctor ....
