The second I see that [Bad username or site: intelcom @ dragonfly] is delivering my Amazon order I am immediately ready to see how spectacularly FUBAR the delivery will be. This time the delivery notice included a picture of the sign on the back entrance clearly explaining in bold red letters to ring the bell and a picture of my packages in the basement machine room that can only be accessed by UBC Building Ops who just happened to be working on something. If I hadn't been watching out for the inevitable SNAFU my packages would have ended up locked in the basement and requiring a service call to get access. Honestly, Intelcom is so unfailingly awful their best solution to their name being synonymous with suckage is to rebrand as "Dragonfly". Like that'll help. via Instagram
