OK, I made entries yesterday and the day before in my offline client and now twice have forgotten the take the disk home. Fat lot of good that does ;-)
So I finally finished the painting of Nicole last night, before the cannon-fire started. It is so much easier now get images of my work as well. Snapping a high-quality photo with my new camera is sooooo much easier than scanning the panel in chunks and stitching it together in Photoshop. Not only that, but the camera is light sensitive enough to work just with the floodlights I have pointing at the easel to paint by. Because I generally use a gloss clear coat my paintings don't photograph well with a flash.
