There was a strange package in my mailbox when I got home. Someone mailed my wallet back to me (sans cash, of course). I'm still stuck waiting for my replacement credit cards to show up, but my new driver's licence also arrived today which means I can replace my ATM cards tomorrow without a hassle. Really the best part about this is I have my old pennies and denarius back - those were the only really irreplacable things.

Blackout

So, how about the black-out, eh? Sounds like pretty much the same sort of cascading failure as 1965. One power station gets overloaded and fails. This overloads all the ones around it and they fail. It snowballs and soon everything between New York City and the hydroelectic dams near James Bay goes black. Considering how it happened again in 1977 you'd think they'd have this problem fixed by now.

I heard it with my own ears and saw it with my own eyes... I kid you not,
the CBC news broadcaster said the cause of the power outage on the east
coast is caused by a "powerful overlord, er, overload". LOL Then another
reporter stated 8-9 minutes later that this is a massive "black arts, I mean
black out". In as many minutes their subconscious minds are telling the
real news from the inside it seems. Very interesting indeed! Thank you CBC
for the "news".

This situation will be around for a while here as they cannot get the power
back up for a long while yet on the East coast. Cleaveland to NYC to
Toronto are all completely OUT of power. Ottawa, Niagara falls, all sorts
of East coast regions are completely out as well. This is one of the
biggest black "arts" I mean, black outs I've ever witnesses in my entire
life. Very interesting that I had dreams about prophetic happenings the
other night, and here we are once again. There's more to come, I sense
it...

Is this true? If it is, I find the timing very relevant. Sort of like the
timing of the shuttle disaster, Chineese new year, hmmm. 10,000,000 (over
10 MILLION) in Ontario alone, plus another 10 MILLION or so in NYC have been
affected by this power failure. Some kind of lightning strike seems to have
caused this situation of power loss in the Eastern US and Canada. Could it
be HAARP or Scallar wave related? Something to look into for sure. HAM
radio operators might have some strange signals that they can remember from
about 4:15 EST in the US and Canada eastern regions. Anyone have any clues
about this situation to report? Keep the news comin' in - I'll report what
I can. Stay tuned.

You know...we just captured the head of Al Qaida today...not Bin Laden but

Ghosts of the Banff Apartments

I was talking to the superintendent (Janice) earlier this evening and she told be this story. Apparently one of the other tenants, while doing laundry, heard one of the storage room doors being rattled. He went around the corner to see what was going on. As soon as he rounded the corner the sound stopped. The door being rattled was the storage room of Margaret, who lived below me in #5 when I lived in #14. She lived in the building for about 50 years (Natalie would know better than I, as they were neighbours). After the fire she and I were the first people to move back into the building full-time. For a few days there before the heat and hot water was back on she an I were the only people sleeping in the building as her suite and mine were the only two really left unscathed by the fire, smoke and water (although she did have a little water damage in her bathroom, but nothing major). She died only a few weeks later.

Seems the old Banff has a new ghost.
