Amusing

I just got a call from a recruiter looking for a developer for HSBC. Given my history with them I really doubt I have a shot, nor would I really want it, but I'm glad my résumé is getting nibbles. Once they start they keep coming.

One More Payment...

...and I'll be the proud owner of a completely paid for B.A. of Fine Arts. I may as well have gone to CGNU. Like my degree is going to have any bearing on going in to work early tomorrow to be told what my new rôle in Siberia is going to be. I should be at a night club tonight with my art on the walls, getting drunk and taking pictures of my fellow bohemians, but no. I'm going to bed early so I won't be late for this meeting at the job I'm not enjoying anymore because I still have to make that last payment for the degree I'm not using.

Something has to change. Not having to shell out this money every month will be a change. I wonder if it will make a difference?
