Yay Fun!

I went out to see Claire Voyant and Jenifer McLaren at the Onion. I'm so glad I went. I almost bailed because I'm still waaay behind on getting my taxes prepared and kinda broke as well. But instead it completely lifted my mood, which is only going to help me get everything finished. I was also kinda worried about being wiped out today from staying up to late, but I was in bed by about 1:30 and got a good five hours sleep. Since six is normal for me I feel fine today. It's a bit of pisser that I can't get hammered when I have to drive myself home, but I'll live. It was nice to be out with all the familiar faces, sleeplessknight, evilyn13, sandmandream, cheekydevil and Daevina, Lori, Graeme, dream_king, kitsune_13 and langsuir, and more, I even sat and chatted with Shannon for a while. She gave me a bit of flack for the whole Reptard thing, but I was expecting as much and just let it go. It was good to finally officially meet leafmcgowan in person. And I had a great time running around taking pictures, which I'll try to get posted tonight during "Sex and the City".

It was a pleasure meeting you in person too! Sorry we didn't have a chance to hang out much ... I have some great pics too, but I have a feeling my Claire VOyance journal entry and pictures will have some delay in getting posted, as time is clicking for taxes (I haven't started them) (Monday is my deadline) and today went by too fast ...
well I actually need to be getting chores done before going out yet again tonight ... as I realize now LJ is sucking me in ...
