These people are DANGEROUS and are attempting to "eliminate" me from not
only just the internet. They have uttered death threats towards myself and
I'm not going to be happy about it until I have some serious results from my
efforts to stop them all. Michael Barrick is attempting to get me banned by
Yahoo right now. It's due to my response about his further attacks on my
person. I said I didn't condone violence and that he has posted pictures of
his HOUSE (among many other things) on his LiveJournal, but I guess he took
that the wrong way. Well, what can I tell you, Michael Barrick... If you
don't like the fire... get outta Dodge. STOP ATTACKING ME and see how much
safer the world will suddenly become for you. This goes for Michelle von
Matzke, Kim McCann (at least he's quieter lately), Goth_Posh, Michael
Barrick, and any van-goth members who wish to continue to attack me in ANY
way. Do you all want to testify in court? I have *WITNESSES* to your
threats and deeds, people. Hell, I'm a conspiracy theorist, I have little
public to lose, but my friends are very good at remembering what you have
done to me. YOU all have so much more to lose in a courtroom setting where
I will bring up all sorts of letters and postings from you. Do you really
think it's wise to continue along this path? What about your futures? Your
jobs? And most of all, your permanent records and reputations? I believe a
full appology is in order from the van-goth community from all who have been
involved in this mess they have created. Otherwise, I shall PROCEED to
defend myself as you continue to attack and threaten me with VIOLENCE
against myself and my friends.

List members: Keep copies of ALL my postings (see the archives) regarding
this matter, please, and thank you for standing by us in this matter of my
personal safety.

I try not to encourage him. He is obvioulsy so far from sanity, that the light from sanity would take a million years to reach him. I'd just love to see him try to argue that he has been threatened in front of a judge. An example? - Well the death threats for one. As far as I can tell, nobody ever threatened his life, yet he proceeds to engae in criminal solicitation for the pupose of common assualt. He has advocated violence, and meets any criticism with a scream of "persecution".

If he tries anything, I am going to turn over my collection of his ramblings about you and I to my lawyer and clear this up once and for all...

If you are reading this my lad, you might want to bruch up on the criminal code of Canada, especially sections 318, 319(1), 319(2), 320, and 718.2(a)(i)

Regarding civil law, he may wish to familiarize himself with the "Libel and Slander Act of 1990, c. L.12"

If this crap doesn't stop I am willing to make formal complaints, and I highly doubt that Mr. Crow will find a court that is sympathetic to his delusions.

I wholly agree with you. There isn't a judge alive that would take him seriously.

But this is a friends-only post. He can't see it. In fact I've gone back and changed everything from my April Fools post forward that had anything to do to him to friends-only. No use fanning the flames.
