I'm in such a foul mood I can't concentrate on work. That pisses me off and makes it worse. Mind if I scream now?
Aaaaaaaauuuuuugh!

Well I feel like a blockhead. I also feel like my kite is stuck in a tree, someone has pulled away the football, and the psychiatric advice I got wasn't worth the nickel.

that's cuz the nickel went to sally, and sally was always bossing charlie brown around, calling him a blockhead, and never appreciated anything that charlie did... you need a friend like snoopy :)

You mean Lucy, she runs the psychology stand and always pulls the football away (execpt once). Sally is his little sister who has a thing for Linus. Snoopy isn't such a good friend either, though. He just demands food and subverts Charlie Brown at every turn ("Aaaaugh! Even my dog hates me!"). Linus, however, is Charlie's good friend. They hang out at the stone fence and have long talks.

Ahhhh... pop culture. :)

Charlie Brown was sort of big thing in my house when I was growing up. My mom nicknamed my sister "Charlie" when she was a baby (round, bald head thing) and still calls her that. Because of it my sister would get "Peanuts" comic anthologies and paraphanalia for brithdays and Christmas. I think I've probably read every single "Peanuts" comic strip there ever was right back to when it came out in the 1950's.
