ROT13 is a subsitution code that was once popular in Usenet newsgroups for geek-to-geek transmissions, keeping spoilers from being inadvertently read and the like. Take each letter and ROTate it in the alphabet 13 characters:

abcdefghijklmonopqrstuvwxyz = nopqrstuvwxyzbabcdefghijklm

Triskaidekaphobia: fear of the number 13
Gevfxnvqrxncubovn: srne bs gur ahzore 13
