Yes, this is one of the ones I took with a mind to photoshopping right from the get-go. Bits of the image were extacted and spilt into a number of layers where I fooled around with the histograms, applied the "dry brush" filter, and changed the saturation and colour balance. All layered back with varying opacities to get the right effect.
