This would have worked a lot better with a polarizing filter to cut down some of the glare. Maybe one day I will get a digital camera with a "real" lens I can use my filters with. Still, though, that is a "real", not Photoshopped lens flare. Does that make it more authentic?

I love the streams of light comming out of the clouds... way cool...

One thing I also like about the picture is how insignificant the people are to the
whole. If I were to photoshop this I would probably either crop the people out
or move them to a new layer and adjust the contrast to make them silhoettes to
add to their faceless and unimportant nature.

This is also a perfect background for video compositing (although I would
never use it without your permission)
