It comes from an Internet meme that made the rounds in a big way last year (sort of a super-meme, really). The text comes from poorly translated English used in the opening sequence of a 1980's video game from Japan. Someone made a a flash animation (http://www.slackbastard.net/~polaris/AYB2.swf) based on the sequence and incorporating altered versions of many still photo memes (i.e. those pictures that everybody e-mails around and says, "Haha! Check this out!").
