Turns out drinking 6 or more cups of coffee a day (which is about what I drink) reduces the risk of adult-onset diabetes in men by 50%. That's what killed my father. Note that my LJ Profile says "All Dressed in Black and Addicted to Caffeine". Huzzah!

Ah, it's the violent part that is key. Even an Imperialist... er... Republican would agree that lazy, pot-smoking, hippie peaceniks aren't violent.
