Two days of oogy

I didn't go to work Thursday or Friday. Wednesday night when I got home I serious felt like I was going to hurl for a while there. Come Thursday morning, despite every intention of going in I found myself unable to get through my morning routine so I just bagged it and called (e-mailed, actuall) in sick. I ended up doing some work from home out of stupid guilt for not having gone in, instead of resting and recovering. Because of my stupidity I failed to shake whatever was ailing me as I had hoped and ened up taking another sick day today. Today, however, I managed to tear myself away from the computer for the most part and actually spend a good chunk of the day resting. I now feel well enough to head out to Repent:Sinner with Elaine and Myriam and her girl Tania (who are in town from San Francisco) tonight. We're all pretty worn out for various reasons, so who know how late we'll be staying.
