Fun at Sin City

We were off to Sin City as usual last night, for the usual picture-taking and for valerian to show off her new corset. We arrived around 10:30 and left early-ish at around 1:15. For the time we were there it seemed to me to be better than it has been in the past few months. The obnoxious, meat-head & stripper contingent that likes to block the bar and the photo area weren't around-- and that in itself is enough to improve the vibe from my point of view. But there also seemed to be more people actually dressed up (as opposed to simply not dressed at all). It remains a shame that the balcony is still a no-drinking area thanks to the city's draconian no-fun policies.

Tangentially to that note, there were fireworks at Canada Place again last night. Another cruise ship departure.

I agree - the numbers weren't the highest we've ever had or anything, but that was one of the best crowds we've had in there in a long time.

Yeah! That was one of the most fun Sin Citys in a looooong time! Everyone was just so awesome!!

It's like everyone in there was in their best mood, and everyone else was feeding off it! :D

The only reason why I left when I did was because my knee started to hurt (due to the lack of being able to sit down!). That was one of the hardest goodbyes ever! I would've stayed til the end!

And the music was awesome!!

I'm still buzzing with the amount of positive energy I got from last night! :)
