I don't think you are using the term "socialism" the same way that I would. I think you might want to check that. What I'm talking about has more in common with feudalism than socialism.
The difference in our politics runs deep and we both know it. It's not really worth either of us getting into. There isn't any significant payoff to trying to change eachother's minds about the politics of the country next door. It's just going to get us both irritated and change nothing.
I'd be more interested in hearing your opinion on the Canadian Action Party (http://www.canadianactionparty.ca), particularly their economic platform.
I have no interest in converting you, just as I know you have no interest in coverting me. I simply thought it odd that you should spend so much time posting items which paint conservatives as inbred yokels.
Only had a few momements to scan over the site, their issolationist ideas I think are completely wrong, I am absolutely in support of out-sourcing. I believe that if you can pay someone else to do something just as good only cheeper then, one should.
Read the cartoon from the left-hand sidebar off the homepage. I should have been a little more specific. I'm specifically interested in your opinion of their economic policy, which is summed up well enough in the cartoon and won't take up a lot of your time.

Further, the people there are poor so wouldn't you expect them to vote for the Dems and for the wealthy blue states to vote for the Reps?
