now that one is funny, but not at all surprising...i'm surprised the average iq in oregon is that low comparatively...must be all the hippies burning off their brain cells...
the other funny part is that the iq of mississippi isn't much above the level that is considered mentally retarded - 80...in fact 85 is in the bottom 16% of the population...
Bear in mind that the scale is designed for 100 to be the average and is re-normed periodically. 99 is not "low" at all. It is extremely amusing that the turning point is right at the mid-point.
