Something got seriously borked on my server last night. I'm about half an hour away from having it fixed, but off I have to go on the commute so it all stays down until I can get home. None of my websites are working at the moment, which is no big deal. Elaine's store is the bigger deal. That and our primary e-mails are dead for at least another 10 hours. Nothing will be lost because there are two more levels that can spool the mail until it is deliverable. It's just going to bug me all day that I'm so close yet so far from having it working.

EDIT: I've got our e-mail jury-rigged the same way it was after the fire. My @mbarrick.com and @mbarrick.net addresses are working, and Elaine's @araneum.ca and @artofadornment.ca are working. Anything @gothic.bc.ca can wait until tonight.

I don't mind so much that the store is down, so don't fret too much about that. Sales have started to quiet down anyway. Sure, I'm anxious to have my pictures up and running again - although luckily it's only a handful of graphics and redundant eBay listing pics that will be red X'd. I come across plenty of listings where their "zoom" picture is dead - it's not at all unusual. It's the email that is the big thing for us. I know I'd feel pretty blind without it! You rawk.
