That's a vital one. When I'm on the bus in, say, Seattle, the absence of anything but English weirds me out. I'm also always tempted to run up to cops, shake them by their lapels and yell "My God, man! What have you done with all the Asian people? Where are they?"

I hear a lot of European languages as well - French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, German, etc., not to mention the "other" Asians - Farsi, Arabic, Pakistani, Hindustani...

Yep. Personally, that's a big chunk of the city's appeal, especially after living in a town as white bread as Ridge.
