Unfortunately no news from the New Zealand job yet. I'll give it a few more days before I call them. At this point I've either made it past the second round or not, and there isn't anything I can do to influence the decision. It's just wait and see now.

I received buyer feedback for my stereo camera on Thursday. I assume this means that it has shipped and will arrive any day now. I'm looking forward to trying it out.

did you get any kind of yay or nay sense from the second round of interviews?

The impression I got was positive, and they said they would be calling this week. There were plenty of positive verbal clues, but my impression of the interview is hampered by the fact I couldn't see the body language of the interviewers. Nonetheless, I felt good enough about it right after that Elaine and I spent the rest of the evening looking at Wellington real estate sites.

Your battery kit (I think it was a bettery kit, wasn't it?) arrived today. The stereo cam shouldn't be far behind.

Allow me to correct myself. In the mailbox today there's a pick-up notice for you (why they didn't buzz I don't know). You can hit the post office after 5 today and pick it up. My experience with the folks at that post office is, just tell them you forgot the notice, give them your name & drivers' license. They close at 6 so you might want to bee-line for it.
