I'm wondering what'll happen once people start moving in. I did see her once on the east corner of the junction (in front of a produce market, I think).
i think either the yuppies moving in will demand! that someone do something, but the current residents will go "aw, suck it up. Got any weed to get rid of the demons in my head?"
I can't see the current residents moving for the convienience of others, and I don't see why they should. I'm actually hoping that the real estate market goes blorp at the same time these dinguses bought into the W hype and realize where they bought their overpriced condo. I'm kinda hoping for a deal, so if Woodwards lady and "there are demons and angels in my head man" drive the property value down, more power to em, I say! I'm kinda hoping to snag a bargain as people of delicate sensibility ditch their condo.
