I'll say - I entered the contest almost a year ago and had completely forgotten about it! Pretty sweet though, I've always wanted to stay there. I can't believe I actually WON something!!!

Hey man, I don't care who owns it - that is one damn fine hotel! I was looking at their site earlier this morning and... ohhhh.... *drool*.

Rooms normally start at about $450. Yow! I dread to think how expensive the High Tea is these days, I'm kind of afraid to look. But what the hell, it'll be a nice anniversary thing to do. :)

well, I don't know if they still do the high tea in the basement cafe(half the price of the upstairs tea.)

The Empress is a lovely hotel- just do NOT order room service. I remember it was absolutely horrible.
