Plastination Exhibit at Science World
Sep. 11th, 2006 10:09 pmPlastination is a process by which dead bodies are infused with polymers to prevent decomposition. In these displays the bodies are presented in action-poses, exploded views, cross-sections, etc. These are real people that have willingly donated their bodies for this use after death.
I think it would be great fun to get a bunch of people together for a group outing to see this exhibit.
