Sanity Check Required

I was just watching Shrek 2 on DVD and noticed something I hadn't noticed before. I can't find any reference to this anywhere on-line but I simply can't be the first person to notice this, although I don't know how many times I've watch the DVD without noticing it...

In the ball scene, when two of the Three Little Pigs launch the third pig at the Fairy Godmother, right at the moment the pig grabs the Fair Godmother's ankle listen closely: I'm sure she says, "Shit!" under her breath. Once I noticed it I played it back and valerian heard it too. Are we nuts or does the Fair Godmother really say "Shit!"?
