Lower Hastings Bums vs. Surrey Yahoos

With the civic strike and therefore no one cleaning up after the wretched rabble, Lower Hastings is already looking exceptionally squalid.

Yet I suspect it will pale in comparison to the West End after tomorrow night's invasion of suburbanites for the Symphony of Money.

Which will be worse: the drug addled morons incapable of cleaning up after themselves, or 300,000 adherents to the Cult of Entitlement who *expect* to be cleaned up after?

Ahah, someone told me about the notice concerning that, how it was phrased something along the lines of "in times of trouble, we should try to reduce our littering", as if only when there aren't folks clean up after for yargh thats when we gotta slow down on our street dumping.

I almost wonder if a volunteer force will try to help out with the post-fireworks mess. Its a big tourist draw. I can imagine there are a lot o' folks out there with made clean-pride. -Allison
